Thrive in 6 is my 6 week ultimate group coaching programme! It's a great way to get a taster of what 1.1 coaching is all about but with a community aspect alongside it.
Are you ready for something new? Been there done that and have bad relationship with food to show for it? Fad diets, repeatedly losing the same stone and feel miserable? I've got you!
You have spent to many years in this horrible diet culture cycle and need something sustainable we can do alongside family life and not feel like your always failing!Here you will get the education you need around fitness and nutrition so you can live a healthy lifestyle and feel good in your skin! ABOUT TASHA BUD TRAINING
I wasn't always a 'fitness person'...
To me exercise meant jumping around uncoordinated and getting sweaty, it terrified me!
I hid away in baggy clothes and jeans in the summer, i tried every silly diet going and would beat myself up daily for over indulging, a viscous cycle i feel i lived with since a teen.
Then one day i some how fell into a friends pt session, fell in love with resistance training and have never looked back.
I then started to educate myself more trained as a pt and here we are!
I have since studied EIQ nutrition and programming and am constantly learning to be the best coach i can be.
I believe that exercise should be enjoyable and you don't need to do something you hate! There is always another option.
I am a mum of 4 who was totally consumed by motherhood and lost my identity along the way.
Training has helped me become confident and given me head space when i needed it the most.
It has shown me that your body is capable of so much and i want to share that with other woman.
I want to show woman how amazing it feels to smash your goals and also how important it is to give back to yourself.
